BOOKING INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS

You are valued clients and we would like to ensure that you are fully aware of all aspects of your travel arrangements. Please read carefully the following booking conditions and call us should you have any queries.

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS: A deposit of $1000 per person is required at time of booking. The balance is due three months prior to departure.. Failure to do this may result in cancellation of your booking and the loss of your deposit.

AMENDMENT CHARGES: Prior to issue of documents AUD50 amendment fee will be charged per booking for each amendment. Once documents are issued AUD100 plus any fee imposed by the tour operators will be charged.

CANCELLATION CHARGES PER TOUR MEMBER:
In the unfortunate circumstance you need to cancel, notification must be in writing. The following fees will apply:
Up to 60 days before departure – deposit refunded.
59-31days before departure - 20 % of total fare.
30-16 days before departure - 50% total fare
Less than 16 days - 100 % of total fare.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers. Experience has shown that it is unwise to travel without medical, baggage, personal accident and airfare protection. Please discuss this with your consultant.

DOCUMENTATION: Airlines require a valid passport to travel overseas. Many countries now have special Visa requirements and we ask you to talk to your consultant for the latest visa and entry requirements to the countries you will be visiting. It should be noted that if you are refused entry to any country as a result of that country’s entry requirements, we will in no way be responsible for any costs or expenditure incurred as a result of that entry refusal and, there will be not reimbursement for monies paid in relation to the tour.

TOUR FARE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Charges for passports , visas , meals other than specified , mineral waters, wines and liquor , laundry , excess baggage charges , items of personal nature, vaccinations or inoculations, expenses in Australia, expenses for guides and transportation not included in the itineraries, travel insurance.

TOUR PACKAGE: Each holiday described in this brochure represents a complete package and as such an itemised breakdown of component costs will not be given.

TOUR CANCELLATION: These tours are based on group movements. In the unlikely event that passengers numbers from Australia should fall below 20 adults, the tour may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to departure. Passengers will be offered an alternative where possible or all monies will be refunded in full. Costs are based on 20 adult paying passengers and are reviewed under 20 passengers.

TOUR COSTS: The tour costs are based on airfare and land arrangements current at the time of publication and are subject to alteration. Although unlikely , should this occur any increases may be passed onto the intending traveller.
